Helen J. Heasley, 85, of Lambertville, MI, died Monday, March 3, 2014 in The Toledo Hospital. Born Feb. 28, 1928 in McDonald, Ohio, she was the daughter of Theodore and Henrietta (Bortz) Baer. She married James Heasley on May 13, 1950. He preceded her in death on June 9, 2008. Helen was employed as a receptionist for Dr. Ansted, DDS in Toledo for 14 years, retiring in 1982. She was a member of Trilby United Methodist Church since 1966.
She is survived by her loving sons, Donald (Camille) Heasley of Westerville, OH, Douglas (Susan) Heasley of Lambertville, MI and Bruce (Judy) Heasley of Norristown, PA, 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 3-7 pm Friday, March 7, 2014, at the Michael W. Pawlak Funeral Home, 1640 Smith Rd. Temperance, MI, where funeral services will follow at 7:00 pm. Graveside services will be Saturday, March 8, 2014, at 12:00 Noon at Four Mile Run Cemetery, Austintown, OH.
